Instead of using algebra to get Y as a function of X, you can graph an expression directly with the Implicit Equation Grapher. For example, the budget line for I = 20, PX=4, PY=1 can be plotted by typing in 20 = 4*x+1*y and adjusting the range (xmin, xmax, ymin and ymax) so that it fits.
